Pixel 11 to feature HiLight
The Google Pixel 11 series is set to be officially announced on 12 August. A fair amount of news about the smartphone series has been leaked recently. This trend is now continuing apace. The latest news concerns a feature we previously saw under the name Pixel Glow. The camera module contains a light that can illuminate in response to events and activities, including a message from someone. This is evident from the latest information that has appeared online. According to this information, the light can illuminate when an incoming call is received from a (favourite) contact. The light can also be used when chatting with Gemini.

Instead of the name ‘Pixel Glow’, Google appears to have opted for a different name. Dylan Roussel, a source who has frequently shared information about the Pixel series, reports that the feature is called ‘HiLight’. On 12 August, we’ll find out everything there is to know about what you can do with this feature. It looks as though all Pixel 11 models will get this feature.
