More Material You in Telegram
If you open Telegram on your Android device, you’ll notice another change to the design. The design was already revamped in a previous update, but now it’s time for the next change.
On the home screen with the apps, you’ll still see the new icon, for example for composing a new message. The bar at the bottom had already been given the new look. The biggest change can now be found in the chats themselves.
From now on, the information at the top is also displayed in so-called pill-shaped boxes. This includes the name of the person you are chatting with, with the ‘last seen’ time below it. There are two more pill-shaped boxes: one to go back a step in the app, and the call function with options. The update is available in the Google Play Store.
