Pixel Watch 3 with Material 3 Expressive
The new Material 3 Expressive design makes apps look a lot more modern than before. A new update with this new design is rolling out to the Pixel Watch app. This rolls out with Wear OS 6, which immediately brings with it new animations. Material 3 Expressive is more colourful, is boldly printed and more use is made of rounder shapes. The app icon has also been updated.
Google has already started distributing the update, but it may take a while until everyone is offered the update. At the top of the screen, you will see a vertical, pill-shaped bar containing the Pixel Watch's main functions. This gives you instant access to Gemini and Google Wallet, for example.
