Oppo expands portfolio with Pad 5, Watch S and Enco Clip 2

Oppo has expanded its portfolio with a tablet, smartwatch and a headset. Today, we meet the Oppo Pad 5, the Watch S and the Enco Clip 2. We update you on the new products.

Oppo presents new products

Oppo is further expanding its product range in the Benelux with three new devices. These are the Oppo Pad 5, Oppo Watch S and Oppo Enco Clip 2. The focus is clearly on everyday use: working, exercising, relaxing and staying connected on the go.

Oppo Pad 5

The new Oppo Pad 5 is aimed at people who want to use one device for study, work and entertainment. The tablet has a 12.1-inch screen with a striking 7:5 aspect ratio, which should make reading and multitasking feel more pleasant than on a standard widescreen display. Oppo is also betting on eye comfort, with techniques that should reduce fatigue during long sessions.

In terms of multimedia, the tablet also tries to impress. Four speakers, support for Dolby Vision and a large battery should ensure you get through long days without much thought. According to Oppo, the battery will easily last a full day, depending on how intensively you use it. For those who like to write or draw, there is also an optional stylus available, which costs 40 euros.

Oppo Watch S

In addition to the tablet, Oppo is introducing the Watch S, a smartwatch aimed mainly at sports and health. The watch is relatively light and compact, allowing you to comfortably wear it all day. The Watch S supports more than 100 sports modes and collects extensive health data, including heart rate, sleep information and stress level.

Interestingly, the watch works with both Android and iOS devices and can even connect to two smartphones at the same time. This makes it handy if you use a work and private device, for example. Battery life runs up to 10 days, according to Oppo. The watch is available from Amazon.

Oppo Enco Clip 2

The third newcomer is the Enco Clip 2, a set of open-ear earbuds that don't sit inside your ear, but clip onto it. That design should be more comfortable during prolonged use while ensuring that you continue to hear your surroundings. This can be especially pleasant on the move or while exercising. We know this design from the Huawei FreeClip 2 and the Motorola Buds Loop. Despite the open design, Oppo promises surprisingly powerful sound quality. For this, the company teamed up with audio brand Dynaudio. Features such as AI noise reduction, live translation and connecting to multiple devices simultaneously are also present.

Recommended retail prices are €399 for the Pad 5, €199 for the Watch S and €179 for the Enco Clip 2. With these, the brand is mainly targeting users who want a step above the basics, without immediately entering the absolute premium segment. The products will soon be widely available.
