Larger screen on the Find X10 Ultra
You’ve already been able to read a lot about Oppo’s Find X9 Ultra on DroidApp. For instance, we were very impressed by the camera in the Oppo Find X9 Ultra review, and there was also a comparison with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. Over the weekend, an overview was published featuring some useful camera tips for the device. Behind the scenes, Oppo is working on a successor to this device, in the form of the Oppo Find X10 Ultra. The information comes from the well-known tipster ‘Digital Chat Station’ on Weibo.

As well as the Oppo Find X10 Ultra, the brand is also said to be planning to launch the Find X10 Pro Max. According to the rumour, both devices will feature a 6.89-inch LTPO AMOLED screen. That is slightly larger than the 6.82-inch display on the current Find X9 Ultra. Despite the larger screen size, the smartphone’s dimensions are said to remain virtually unchanged. This is because Oppo is reportedly set to further reduce the bezels, meaning that almost the entire front of the device will consist of screen.
The new OLED panel is said to be supplied by BOE. There is talk of four equally wide, very narrow bezels, which should ensure a symmetrical design. In addition, the screen is said to utilise a new OLED panel with support for the full BT.2020 colour space. This should deliver richer colours and a more efficient display, whilst retaining the 2K resolution.

Under the bonnet, the two models are said to differ. According to rumours, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max will feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 9600 chip and is likely to be released as early as autumn 2026. The Oppo Find X10 Ultra is expected to follow later, presumably in the first half of 2027. As with previous Ultra models, Oppo is expected to opt once again for a Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm’s Elite series.
The camera is also set to receive a minor upgrade. Although earlier rumours suggest the main camera will remain at 50 megapixels, the 10x periscopic telephoto lens is expected to be fitted with a larger 1/1.95-inch sensor. This could prove particularly beneficial when taking photos with a high level of zoom. Oppo itself has (naturally) not commented on the news and is keeping tight-lipped about the new devices.
