Galaxy A56 and Galaxy S24 FE get Android 16
Samsung has prepared the update to Android 16 for two smartphones. We hear from Ronny and Marcel that the update was made available today for the Samsung Galaxy A56 and the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. This follows the Galaxy S25 series which were updated to the new version last week.
The update to the new Android version also immediately brings with it the September security update. However, that is not the only thing. The manufacturer has also added its new skin One UI 8 to the new version. This means Samsung users will be offered a range of new features.
In terms of AI, the necessary improvements have been made. There are also enhancements for Now Brief and the Now Bar. Samsung has further worked on some minor tweaks to the interface. For the lock screen, an additional clock style and colour gradient can now be chosen. There are also new animations for Samsung's weather app.
