The new earbuds have been brought into the news by the usually very well-informed Winfuture. The new Pixel Buds 2a will hit the market at a price starting at 149 euros. The Pixel Buds 2a are similar to the Pro 2, but the 2a will be released in a cheaper segment. The design does differ a little from the more expensive model For instance, the proximity sensors have been relocated and there is a different grille for the microphone. Google's G logo can be seen on the earbuds. Thanks to the rubber earbuds, ambient noise is better blocked. Incidentally, this model will miss the Silent Seal 2.0 feature, as will wireless case charging and call detection.

The Google Pixel Buds 2a will come out in Iris colours (with white-lilac) and a grey-black colour. We're going to find out all about it on 20 August, and DroidApp will be sure to keep you updated.
