February update reaches Galaxy S25 and foldables
The news this week was mostly about the Galaxy S26 series announced yesterday (and the Buds 4), but other devices are not forgotten by the South Korean manufacturer either. The brand is rolling out the February security update for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, we hear from Frank, Dimitri and Theo.
To be precise, the update is ready for the Galaxy S25, S25+ and the S25 Ultra. In doing so, the new patch is being rolled out to three foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE and the Galaxy Z Fold 7. For the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, the update will come at a later date as it is in a different batch.
The February update will be combined with Samsung's own patches for the month of February. You will receive a notification on your phone when you are ready to download the update. If you haven't received it, you can manually check via the software settings.
