The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is getting a new update. The August security patch is being distributed to the three models in the series. It can also be called a pretty big update right away.
Galaxy S24 series with August update
The Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra are all getting the August security update. Alexander informs DroidApp that his device has received the latest update. The update includes at least Google's patches, but also Samsung's own patches. However, it seems Samsung has made even more improvements. At over 484MB in size, there are presumably bug fixes and optimisations in the update as well.
For the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, the update is not yet available for download, but it will be in the coming weeks. If you get the update, your phone will let you know through a notification. You can also manually check via the settings of your Galaxy S24 whether the update is already available.
