Oppo Find X9 gets global release
Oppo has had high-end smartphones in its portfolio for years, and it will soon expand that with the arrival of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. This phone previously came along in the rumour circuit, but concrete information remained out. Previously, Ultra models were not released outside China, but that is about to change with the arrival of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. When this will happen, it is not yet shared, but "this year" the Find X9 Ultra will be available worldwide, with Europe being the first to go. Previous rumours talked about the second quarter of 2026, and Oppo itself says 'very soon'.

The Find X9 Pro
In terms of specifications, the brand is keeping its jaws tightly shut. However, the new Oppo will feature "professional camera performance". In its own words, the most advanced imaging system Oppo has ever developed for a smartphone will be added to the Find X9 Ultra. It is therefore not an Ultra Phone, but Ultra Camera, the manufacturer says. We will find out more details in the near future. What is certain is, that the Find X9 Ultra will go one step further than the Oppo Find X9 Pro, which we tested extensively earlier.
The rumour circuit is talking about a 200-megapixel main camera and, for example, a 50-megapixel "ultra-telephoto lens". This hints at a huge zoom camera, if reports are true. The rumour also talks about a battery capacity starting with a '7'. So expect a hefty battery for the device as well.
