Oppo presents Find X9 series on 16 October
On 16 October, the curtain would be pulled back on the Find X9 series. This becomes clear from a post shared by the brand itself. That's not the only thing Oppo is sharing, by the way; as on the worldwide web, we also see pictures of the smartphone's back. This is good to see, as previously the only images showed the front side. The date shared is for the launch in home country China. It is currently unknown when Oppo has planned the European announcement.

On seeing the pictures, we see a striking design. In fact, Oppo's models show a similar design to the new design of the OnePlus 15. It is known that all two models will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset by Oppo. Most notable is the giant battery. The Find X9 gets a 7025mAh battery, while the Pro may make do with a 7500mAh battery. Charging can be wired with 80W, or wireless with 50W. Interestingly, Oppo still chooses to partner with Hasselblad, while OnePlus opts for its own imaging system.

For the Oppo Find X9, the brand has come up with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, and a 6.78-inch panel for the Pro version of the Find X9 series. For the Find X9 Pro's camera, rumours speak of a 50-megapixel main and wide-angle lens and a 200-megapixel telephoto lens. This should allow for 3x optical zoom. Specifications about the Find X9's camera are not yet clear.
Whether Oppo will release both phones in the Netherlands is still unclear. In the previous generation, the brand only released the Find X8 Pro. That came out fine in our test.
