Motorola posts official teaser for slim smartphone

Motorola is getting on board the ‘thin smartphone train’. After Apple and Samsung, Motorola also believes that consumers are looking for a slim phone. The brand reveals that the announcement is on 5 November.

Motorola arrives with slim smartphone

Motorola will make a new announcement on 5 November. This becomes clear in a new teaser shared by the company. What is clear is that it will be a new smartphone with a slim design. Previously, Samsung with the Galaxy S25 Edge and Apple with the iPhone Air, preceded Motorola. So although the Samsung's sales figures are already well behind, Motorola does believe there is a market for this.

Motorola promises "advanced innovations combined with a design that raises the bar for slimness". The device, whose name is still unknown, should further feature "exceptional workmanship" and "durable materials". The manufacturer is setting up a campaign for fans to get discounts on the smartphone through a quiz.

Earlier, though, a picture was circulating which presumably showed the new design of the smartphone in question. Possibly the device is part of the Edge series, with the name Edge 70 passing by, although it may well be that Motorola has come up with a different name for this phone, and it could be part of the Edge 60 series, for example. Earlier, the Edge 60 Pro and Edge 60 Fusion were announced.
