Android 17 testing programme for Motorola
Google came out with the first beta version of Android 17 earlier this month. This new version is now available for download on more recent Pixel devices. Now Motorola also comes with the news that you can participate in the test programme with different devices. This is rather remarkable news, as Motorola does not exactly have a name for rolling out updates quickly. Whether that will change with the introduction of Android 17 remains to be seen, but at least this is a step in the right direction.

Motorola is making the beta programme available for a few devices, and remarkably, these are mostly affordable models. In Europe, you can sign up for the Android 17 beta programme for the Moto G57 and the Moto G57 Power. As far as we know, other devices are not yet supported, which is quite unusual, as brands usually roll out the update to high-end models first.
If you own the Moto G57, then you can sign up via this link. If you have the Power version, then you can do it via this link. Keep in mind that Android 17 is at the beginning of the testing phase. As a result, bugs may be present. It is advised against using the trial version on your everyday device, as it may thus cause problems.
