Google Pixel 10a further leaked
Google will announce the Google Pixel 10a on 18 February. The new mid-end device will get very few changes, compared to the previously released Pixel 9a. But what exactly can we expect from the device? The usually very reliable source Winfuture now shares the necessary information about the Pixel 10a. Earlier, the necessary press photos of the phone already appeared.
It starts with the presence of a Gorilla Glass 7i layer over the screen, where it is now Gorilla Glass 3, which has been used since the Pixel 4. Other differences are found in connectivity, with the Pixel 10a now supporting Bluetooth 6 (was 5.3) and satellite communication. Another change is that the 5100 mAh battery can be charged at 45W. That charging speed comes out to 23W on the current Pixel 9a, though the battery capacity is the same.

While the design of the Google Pixel 10a is very similar to the current device, there are some size differences. The Pixel 10a measures 153.9 x 73.0 x 9.0 millimetres (was 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 millimetres). The weight, at 183 grams, is three grams less than before. The rest of the specifications are the same as the current device. This means a 6.3-inch OLED display, the Tensor G4 chipset, 8GB of RAM with 128GB/256GB of storage and a dual-camera with 48MP main camera and 13MP wide-angle lens. There is also a 13-megapixel selfie lens. Google ships the Pixel 10a with Android 16 and promises 7 years of Android and security updates.
About the price, the German source also shared some details. The smartphone will hit the market at a price of 499 euros. We will find out all the details on 18 February.
