Xiaomi Tag is coming and will compete with Apple AirTag and Moto Tag

Motorola and Apple already offer a handy gadget to find your stuff, now Xiaomi too seems to be following suit. Xiaomi wants the Xiaomi Tag to help you further along the way.

Xiaomi Tag is on its way

After Apple with the AirTag, Motorola with the Moto Tag and also Samsung with the SmartTag, Xiaomi is also coming out with a handy gadget to find your stuff. The Xiaomi Tag, which is expected to be presented at the end of this month, you can put it in your wallet or suitcase, for example, and track its location in real time via the app.

Xiaomi would equip the new Tag with UltraWideBand (UWB) support for and accurate location tracking. In doing so, the device would work on Google's Find My Device network. Information is now available only for the Chinese market. There, the device would cost less than 25 euros. It is not known whether the Xiaomi Tag will also come to Europe.
