Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is on the way
For some time now, a new foldable from Samsung has been circulating in the rumour circuit. The phone manufacturer is working on a new phone with trifold technology, or a technique where the device can be folded not once but twice. This creates a screen as large as 10.0 inches when unfolded, according to reports that have surfaced.
The name of the new phone is still unknown, but for now we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold. Huawei has previously released such a device for the Chinese market. Samsung now also sees merit in this form factor. According to a Korean source, Samsung plans to announce the new phone on 5 December. The smartphone should be available immediately.

It is unclear where the new foldable will be released. It seems to be limited to South Korea and selected Asian countries for now. There is talk of a price of 4.4 million Korean won, which converts to almost 2,600 euros, although this amount still excludes taxes here, for example. However, it does not look like the phone will come to our country initially.
The first specifications are also already known. As mentioned, there is an internal screen size of 10.0 inches. Externally, there is a 6.5-inch display. Folded up, the thickness comes out to around 14.0 millimetres, while unfolded it is 4.2 millimetres. The battery capacity is said to come out to 5600 mAh.
