Galaxy S26 series coming later
It seems Samsung will not announce the Galaxy S26 series until a later date. The manufacturer previously reportedly planned to announce the three devices in January. An earlier rumour then reported that Samsung would delay the announcement by two months, releasing the devices in March 2026. That message is now being reinforced, with a new report. A Korean source reports that mass production of the Galaxy S26 models has been delayed.

Production of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra would now start in December. From January, the same would apply to the Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26+. Initially, production of the three models would start in December. However, this has changed as Samsung has cancelled the development of the Galaxy S26 Edge. This would again be due to poor sales of the Galaxy S25 Edge, we wrote earlier.
According to the information, Samsung would now continue with the development of the Galaxy S26+ and wants to take some more time for this. The development of the Samsung Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26 Ultra, however, would already be completed. Due to the delay in production, Samsung would therefore also like to push the release forward.
