Head gestures at Galaxy Buds 4 Pro
The new Samsung Galaxy S26 series will be announced early next year. It is suspected that the South Korean manufacturer will also present a new in-ear headset then. As a successor to the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which we tested extensively, the company will release the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. This will of course feature several improvements again, and the first details about these new earbuds are revealed by Android Authority colleagues.

Namely, apart from voice control (also known as hands-free control), Samsung is also said to be coming with head gestures. We know this from several other earbuds such as Sony's WF-1000XM5 and Google's Pixel Buds Pro 2. By shaking or nodding your head, you can take a call, for example, or go through notifications. The list of new options is as follows;
- Respond to calls, notifications and more by nodding or shaking your head
- Hear notifications out loud or stop reading
- Disable alarms, timers, calendar notifications and reminder notifications
- Answer yes/no questions or end calls with an AI assistant
- Hands-free operation for when talking or touching the phone is not possible

According to the leaked information, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will also get 360-degree recording, adaptive noise cancellation, 'Find your Phone' and more new options. Also, Samsung is said to be working on a freshly revamped design for the earbuds. Rumours speak of a triangular shape with a flat stem.
