Samsung on November patch
Android manufacturers can work on the November security update in the coming weeks. This update was released from the week by Google. Now it is the manufacturers' turn to optimise it for their various devices. Samsung will do so too, sharing in an overview the contents of this November update for their own models. Which patches is Samsung tackling?
Remarkably, it is a relatively minor update from Samsung. Although due to Google's new strategy, it is unknown exactly which issues are being addressed by Google, we know that Samsung's patch has nine patches. In the changelog, we see that security around the fingerprint scanner has been addressed. Also, an issue with the USB connector has been fixed. Due to security concerns, not all vulnerabilities found are being made public.
