March update brings patches to Samsung
Every month a new security update is released for Android. That means the operating system's security is back up to date. The March security update was already released by Google last week. For Pixel models, the update can be installed. Samsung will follow, already sharing details with which patches have been added by the manufacturer itself.

In Samsung's case, it involves seven patches added on top of Google's patches. Spread across the two types of updates, as many as 129 patches have been implemented in Google's update. The details state that Samsung is addressing vulnerabilities in the Safe Folder and in the Settings screen on your Galaxy. Interestingly, another leak was also closed. This allowed a 'custom font' to be installed on the device from the outside.
In the coming weeks, several Samsung devices will be offered the March update. If you receive this update, we would like to hear from you. We will then include your notification in the coverage. Send us an email, with a screenshot to redactie@droidapp.nl.
