Reports of yet-to-be-announced products are circulating on the internet. Today, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro joins them. It will be a new high-end tablet with flagship specifications. The new device will be released in two colours; Deep Ocean Blue and Glacier Silver. With that, four storage variants will be released; 8/256GB, 12/256GB, 12/512GB and 16/512GB.

The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro is believed to be a rebranding of a previously released Oppo tablet; the Oppo Pad 4 Pro. If this is indeed the case, the tablet will get the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This along with a 13.2-inch LCD display (3392 x 2400 pixels), a 13-megapixel camera, 8MP front camera and 12,140 mAh battery with 67W wired charging.

The announcement is said to be scheduled for 13 May, but it is not known if this will be a global announcement right away. It may well be for the Chinese market first. Last year, the brand presented the OnePlus Pad 2. We reviewed that one in detail in the OnePlus Pad 2 review.
