Motorola Edge 70 is online
The new Motorola Edge 70 promises to be another interesting phone at the end of this year. This is because Motorola, like other manufacturers, is working on a thin smartphone. The phone should compete with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and the iPhone Air. The focus of the device is the thickness of the smartphone, or rather the lack thereof. The device reportedly measures 160 x 75 x 6.0 millimetres. This makes the device slightly narrower than the iPhone and Samsung. The weight is said to come out at 170 grams, which is slightly more.

Motorola already hinted with a picture this week, that Motorola's thin device will feature a significantly larger battery. Indeed, its capacity will be 4800 mAh. According to the latest reports, which come from a Polish retail website, the smartphone will launch with a 6.67-inch OLED display. This will deliver a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels. At the front, the Motorola Edge 70 will get a 50-megapixel front camera, while at the back you will find two 50MP lenses, of which the main camera will support optical image stabilisation.

Under the back of vegan leather lies the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. There is further talk of 68W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. The phone will come out in several Pantone colours: Bronze Green (which can be seen in the pictures), Gadget Gray and Lily Pad. The phone would make its debut on 5 November.
