HomeWizard app gets update
A major update is available for the HomeWizard app. An immediate first change is the location in the app drawer. Where you could previously find it in the menu under the name 'Energy', from now on it is simply called 'HomeWizard'. But the biggest change can be found in the app itself. The developers have opted for a new design with a contemporary look with more graphics.

In the HomeWizard app, you will now find a new home overview, which shows live what is happening in the home. You can instantly see if the power is coming from the grid, or if it is coming from your solar panels. You can also see where the energy is going. The application also shows the percentage of solar consumption, compared to power from the grid. At a glance, you can also see the status of the various (connected) devices. You can see this by the colours with status balls. Green is good, orange means the respective message needs attention.

HomeWizard has also fixed a bug where the app kept spinning infinitely, when viewing a graph in horizontal mode. Also, graphs should look tighter, and texts read more pleasantly. HomeWizard promises that it will introduce quarter-hourly pricing with a sufficient update. Ideal if you have a dynamic contract.
The HomeWizard app works perfectly with the Dutch manufacturer's home battery. You can buy it from HomeWizard (now with a big discount), where you will also find other products, which help you understand your energy consumption.
