Pixel Watch 3 and 4 get better
A new update has been announced for the Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel Watch 4. We recently tested the latter extensively in the Pixel Watch 4 review. On that model, we see the Smart Reply functionality, which allows you to quickly respond to a message with various AI-generated suggestions. Now, the Pixel Watches get even smarter replies that you can use to reply. Thanks to a new on-Watch model, the system is twice as fast and also uses half as much power.

Another new feature we see back on the two smartwatches relates to gestures. There are three new gestures you can use on the smartwatch. Double Pinch you can use to answer or end calls, interact with notifications, pause music or, for example, snooze an alarm. Other options are also possible. Furthermore, the 'wrist turn' is making a comeback. With a quick flick of your wrist, you can ignore a call, mute a notification or perform other simple actions without touching the screen. The third one we already know: Raise to Talk. By bringing the watch to your mouth, you can execute a command. That option is now improved with the update.
The update is being rolled out in phases. It may take some time until it is available to every user.
