In the upcoming month, we can expect new devices from Google. The Pixel 10 series is on its way, and now we get an extensive leak about the pricing of the new models. Among other things, we see the first Google Pixel phone with a starting price of $2000.
Pixel 10 pricing leaked
The prices of the new Google Pixel 10 series for 2025 have been leaked. While many smartphones have become more expensive in recent years, Google seems to be largely sticking to the same recommended prices as last year. Only one model reaches a new milestone.
The base version of the Pixel 10 starts at $799 in the US for 128GB of storage. Those needing more space can opt for the 256GB variant at $899. The Pixel 10 Pro also remains the same in price. For $999, you get the version with 128 GB of storage, while for 256 GB you pay $1,099. There are also larger models: 512 GB for $1219 and 1 TB for $1449.
What's new is that the Pixel 10 Pro XL is no longer available with 128GB storage. As a result, the starting price is higher, but you will actually pay the same as for last year's comparable model. The XL version costs $1199 for 256GB, $1319 for 512GB and $1549 for 1TB storage.
The foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold remains priced unchanged. The 256GB model costs $1799, with 512GB $1919, and the new 1TB model $2149. The latter model makes the Pixel 10 Pro Fold the first Google phone to pass the $2000 mark.
Like last year, Google is offering a year of Google AI Pro with the more expensive models, along with three months of YouTube Premium and six months of Fitbit Premium.
With these prices, Google seems particularly keen to offer stability in a market where smartphones have become increasingly expensive in recent years. Only the addition of a 1TB model for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold sets a new price record, but otherwise the amounts remain recognisable as with the Pixel 9 series.
Euro
Converted to euros, this means for the Pixel 10; 700 euros, the Pixel 10 Pro from 875 euros, 1050 euros for the XL version and a starting price of 1577 euros for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. If prices indeed remain the same, the Pixel 10 will start at 899 euros in our country. The Pro started at 1099 euros (128GB), the XL at 1199 euros and for the Fold the starting price came to 1899 euros. The announcement of the Pixel 10 range is on 20 August.
